This individual will report into the Paid Media team . This position will work as part of a cross functional team made up of marketing, analytics, CRO, web and technology teams. The individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and implementing online/digital marketing strategies for our key clients. Responsibilities 1. Drive campaign management service quality, client retention growth D evelop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels , l ead a team of analysts to develop and execute the online marketing strategy for our clients, spanning across Search Engine Marketing, Display Marketing, Remarketing and Facebook Marketing Analyze campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, optimizing campaigns to produce the best return on investment Familiarity with storyboarding, visualization and wireframing deliverables Advanced knowledge of testing and optimization techniques. C onduct in depth data analysis to identify trends and insights. Knowledge of Web Analytics, Tagging and other digital marketing tools. 2. Project management and team leadership Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team - Manage & build strong team with best-in-class online marketing competencies, skills & experience sets. Advanced project management skills to manage deliverables in terms of timelines, expectations and collaborate with different stakeholders. Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships. Comfortable at breaking down requests from clients into deliverables for the team and to wireframe complex asks to improve TATs. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Good Perception, Stakeholder and Crisis Management skills Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Desired Skills 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing Search Engine Marketing – Should have a very high-level of proficiency. Google Ads, SA360 Microsoft Ads Certification are a bonus. Display Marketing or Social Media Marketing exposure Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Experience in campaign management, optimization and insight generation Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel Ability to translate business objectives into a marketing solution Ability to demonstrate business value of our solutions to prospects Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts Profile Postgraduate from tier I or tier II MBA college, preferably with Marketing or Communications specialization but Engineering graduates with relevant experience will be considered. Overall,4-7 years of work experience and 3-4 years of relevant experience Previous experience working for digital marketing agencies or consulting outfits in a similar position would be a strong advantage Hands on knowledge of campaign management tool like Google Ads, SA360,Meta Business Manager, DSPsor similar paid media platforms
