Job Description

Associate Manager Debt Securitization -Financial Modelling-Valuations -4 Years -Noida

Location:

Associate Manager

Your Future Employer-

Responsibilities

Build and maintain advanced multi-tranche securitisation models (waterfalls, tranching, cash-flow prioritisation).
Model interest-rate and FX hedging, derivatives (swaps, caps/floors) and credit derivative impacts.
Prepare accounting treatment under multiple standards (de-recognition, fair-value of retained interests, hedge accounting).
Run scenario & stress testing (rate curves, credit stress, liquidity shocks).
Review & coach junior modelers; ensure client-ready, error-free deliverables under tight timelines.
Prepare technical write-ups and present findings to structuring teams, risk officers and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

1. CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent accounting designation.
