Call Center Collections - Central Settlements

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The Key role of the Central settlements Manager is
  • To drive Overall Settlements- Ensure cases settled within the defined TAT and above 95%
  • To ensure negotiation on 100% of cases
  • To negotiate increase in value of the initial offer
  • To drive collections on the agreed settlement value
  • To drive key performance input measures like customer contactability Login adherence and schedule management

Education Qualification

Graduation:- Any Graduate

Experience:

2-5 Years of experience.
