The role is responsible for supporting the design and execution of the organization's Total Rewards strategy through effective data management, analysis, and reporting. The incumbent will ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation and benefits data, generate actionable insights for decision-making, and support annual salary reviews, variable pay planning, and benchmarking exercises. This position requires strong analytical, stakeholder management, and Excel skills, with a deep understanding of compensation and benefits principles.
The role is responsible for managing, analysing, and maintaining compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability for decision-making. The incumbent will support the Total Rewards team by generating data cuts and actionable insights that contribute to compensation benchmarking, budgeting, and policy recommendations.
