Job Description

You are a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Manager - BIOps Program Management, responsible for supporting and optimizing Business Intelligence Operations (BIOps) programs. Your role requires a solid foundation in BI governance, data analytics, cloud-based BI platforms, automation, and operational processes. You will assist in implementing scalable BIOps strategies, improving BI platform performance, and ensuring the availability, reliability, and efficiency of enterprise analytics solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain BIOps programs to ensure alignment with business objectives, data governance standards, and enterprise data strategies. - Contribute to the implementation of real-time monitoring, automated alerting, and self-healing capabilities to enhance BI platform uptime and performance. - Support the development and enforcement of BI governance models, operational frameworks, and execution roadmaps for seamless BI delivery. - Standardize and automate BI pipeline workflows, report generation, and dashboard refresh processes to improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute Data & Analytics platform strategies and foster a data-first culture. - Offer operational support for PepsiCo's Data & Analytics program and platform management to ensure consistency with global data initiatives. - Enable proactive issue identification, self-healing capabilities, and continuous platform sustainment across the PepsiCo Data Estate. **Qualifications:** - 7+ years of technology work experience in a large-scale global organization - CPG preferred. - 7+ years of experience in the Data & Analytics field, with exposure to BI operations and tools. - 7+ years of experience working within a cross-functional IT organization. - 4+ years of experience in a leadership or team coordination role. - Ability to empathize with customers, convey confidence, and explain technical issues effectively. - Ability to prioritize customer needs and advocate for timely resolutions. - Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and fostering a customer-first culture. - Hands-on experience in providing technical support for BI or data-related solutions. - Familiarity with modern site reliability practices and monitoring techniques. - Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build lasting partnerships.
