Associate Manager, D&AI BIOps (Business Intelligence Operations) GF & International Sectors

As an Associate Manager - BIOps Program Management, your primary role will be to support and optimize Business Intelligence Operations (BIOps) programs. This includes implementing scalable strategies, improving BI platform performance, and ensuring the availability, reliability, and efficiency of enterprise analytics solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in managing and maintaining BIOps programs to ensure alignment with business objectives, data governance standards, and enterprise data strategies. - Contribute to the implementation of real-time monitoring, automated alerting, and self-healing capabilities to enhance BI platform uptime and performance. - Support the development and enforcement of BI governance models, operational frameworks, and execution roadmaps for seamless BI delivery. - Assist in standardizing and automating BI pipeline workflows, report generation, and dashboard refresh processes to improve operational efficiency. - Ensure high availability and optimal performance of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO, and MicroStrategy. - Provide periodic updates on operational performance, risk assessments, and BIOps maturity progress to relevant stakeholders. - Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs), engage with subject matter experts (SMEs), and contribute to developing and maintaining operational policies, structured processes, and automation to enhance operational efficiency. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of technology work experience in a large-scale global organization. - 7+ years of experience in the Data & Analytics field. - Exposure to BI operations and tools. - Experience working within a cross-functional IT organization. - 4+ years of experience in a leadership or team coordination role. - Ability to empathize with customers, prioritize customer needs, and advocate for timely resolutions. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, CloudOps, and DataOps, to execute Data & Analytics platform strategies and foster a data-first culture. Your efforts will be instrumental in supporting data-driven decision-making and ensuring that BIOps processes align with regulatory and security requirements.,
