Associate Manager-CHP

Responsibilities

The CHP Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for:Developing and implementing commissioning plans for CHP projectsLeading commissioning activities, including system checks, functional testing, and performance validationCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of CHP systemsIdentifying and resolving technical issues during the commissioning phaseEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsProviding technical guidance and support to project teamsPreparing commissioning reports and documentationTraining operational staff on CHP systems and processesContributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practicesMaintaining effective communication with stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Thermal Projects industry
Demonstrated track record in commissioning activities related to Coal Handling Plants (CHP)Experience in overseeing and executing commissioning plans, conducting tests, and troubleshooting issuesProven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines
