Should be aware of Managed services model -Strong conceptual knowledge of IT Infrastructure technologies and services (Network/Cloud/ Security services) -CTO /CIO connect and Referable track record -May hold good networking from IT Infrastructure partners (VMware, Citrix, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS etc.)
