Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

To plan, implement and monitor new business projects. This involves project and account management resulting in enhancing the revenue for DIAL.

ORGANISATION CHART

  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Performance Indicators

  • Research, analyze new business opportunities make business plans, proposals, notes etc
  • Thorough research and analysis (primary/ secondary), effective communication presentations, notes, memos MIS (presentations, notes, and documentation), billing and SAP related work.
  • Making sure MIS is effective and all documentation is in order and up to date
  • Implementation and execution of projects
  • Timely and efficient implementation of programs/ projects
  • Preparation and Monitoring of contracts, agreements and SLAs and assistance in tendering process
  • Making sure the documents are water tight and are prepared and issued on time
  • Account management Timely response to business partner's queries, helping them promote the activity to the end users, overall smooth flow of communication, check on any revenue leakages and Stakeholder interface
  • Strong interface with internal and external stakeholders for present and future projections/ leads

  • Projects with annual revenue projection of anywhere between 10 lakhs to 1 crore

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate in commerce/ engineering
  • MBA/ Post Graduation in Marketing, Economics, International Business or Finance

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 4-6 years - with experience in multi-tasking, account management and sound understanding of financials
