Associate - Managed Services Prep & Pros

Role Overview: You will be joining the dynamic team of Intellectual Property Managed Services as an Associate Patent Prosecution specialist. Your primary responsibility will involve responding to office actions related to our clients" patent portfolio. You should excel in teamwork, quality control, and problem-solving, while also possessing strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare responses to US office actions. - Support senior team members in their daily tasks. - Perform any other related activities as necessary. Qualification Required: - B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. - Registered patent agent would be a plus. - LL.B. (Hons.) from a reputable law school is preferred. - Minimum 1 year of experience in responding to office actions. - Excellent understanding of US patent laws. - Knowledge of EP and India laws is advantageous. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to effectively communicate with legal and business professionals. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and related software programs.
