You are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Patent Prosecution specialist to join a dynamic team handling responsibilities related to the clients" patent portfolio, with a primary focus on responding to office actions. You should excel in teamwork, quality control, and problem-solving while nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to work autonomously yet seek guidance from senior team members is crucial. Your qualifications include a B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Being a registered patent agent or holding an LL.B. (Hons.) from a reputable law school is advantageous. You should have at least 1 year of experience in responding to office actions and a solid understanding of US patent laws, with knowledge of EP and India laws considered a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal and business professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing responses to US office actions, supporting senior team members in their daily tasks, and performing other related activities as needed.
