As an Associate Patent Prosecution at UnitedLex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks related to our clients" patent portfolio with a primary focus on responding to office actions. It is essential to possess strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Prepare responses to US office actions - Support senior team members in their daily tasks - Perform any other related activities as required Your qualifications should include: - B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering - Being a registered patent agent - Holding an LL.B. (Hons.) from a reputable law school - At least 1 year of experience in responding to office actions - Comprehensive understanding of US patent laws - Knowledge of EP and India laws would be beneficial UnitedLex follows the ISO 27001:2022 standard and has implemented 92 controls across multiple offices based on this document.
