Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Process sales orders and prepare Delivery Instructions (DIs) against Trade and STO contracts.
Coordinate with transporters: inform them of booked orders and follow up to ensure timely vehicle deployment.
Maintain MIS and reporting: track and update order and dispatch status on a daily and hourly basis.
Handle invoicing for loaded vehicles and generate E-Way bills for each invoice.
Liaise with internal departments:
Security: schedule and clear vehicles for loading at the packing plant
CCR & Quality Lab: confirm material availability before dispatch

Preferred candidate profile

Solid understanding of logistics documentation and contract processing

Hands-on experience with ERP/Tally or similar systems

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail

Ability to work under tight timelines and adapt quickly
