Associate Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Legal Expertise:

  Apply extensive knowledge of commercial law to advise on legal matters pertaining to business operations, transactions, and contracts.•

  Document Preparation:

  Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and notices, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.•

  Legal Representation:

  Represent MNS in legal proceedings as necessary, including litigation and negotiations, to protect the companys interests.•

  Client and Debtor Relations:

  Communicate effectively with clients, debtors, and other stakeholders to facilitate legal processes and resolutions.•

  Legal Research:

  Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of legal problems, providing sound legal opinions and guidance.•

  Court Proceedings:

  Attend court hearings, manage cases effectively, and keep the management team informed of developments.•

  Knowledge Application:

  Utilize expertise in specific legal areas such as Sec 138 NI Act, Insolvency Proceedings, and other relevant legal suits.
