Associate Lead

Key Responsibilities: end-to-end customer deliveries and seller pickup/delivery operations. Hire, train, and manage local riders/delivery executives to ensure smooth operations. Ensure adherence to SLA, timely deliveries, and pickup efficiency. Handle daily on-ground operational issues and provide quick resolutions. Maintain strong communication with sellers/customers to ensure service quality. Track operational performance using Excel reports and dashboards. Ensure compliance with company processes, safety, and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for manpower planning and cost optimization. Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred). 2–5 years of experience in First Mile / Last Mile logistics operations. Must be a local candidate with proficiency in local language (verbal & written). Strong people management skills with hands-on experience in rider hiring & management. Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
