Associate Lead Consultant - ServiceNow Custom Development

As a ServiceNow Custom Development Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. You will oversee application and workflow configuration, automations, and offer industry-standard architectural solutions. Your role will involve adhering to ServiceNow coding standards, following the ITIL framework, and ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. Specifically, your responsibilities will include: - Leading and enriching a team of more than 8 technical resources - Using judgment to determine solutions for complex problems - Managing multiple small to large-scale projects on ServiceNow - Performing software configuration and customization, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, and data imports - Obtaining and analyzing business requirements, documenting technical solutions, and developing new application modules and workflows - Researching new functionality and recommending solutions that deliver customer value - Providing escalated support on technical issues to team members working on ServiceNow implementations - Designing and delivering complex technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform - Demonstrating leadership skills in technical initiatives, generating detailed documentation, and performing demonstrations Additionally, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong working knowledge of ITSM, Orchestration, Virtual Agent & Portal, ServiceNow Integrations, and proficiency in modules like ITOM, Event management, CSM, SPM, ITAM (SAM & HAM), HRSD - Proficiency in developing custom applications, modules, and workflows using ServiceNow's native development tools - Knowledge of web services, APIs, and integration methodologies - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies essential for customizing ServiceNow user interfaces Preferred skills for this role include experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology, knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, and ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, and CAD. Understanding of RDBMS, Infrastructure components, Cloud Management (Azure, AWS), and ITIL certification are desirable.
