Associate Lead Consultant - ServiceNow Custom Development

As a ServiceNow Custom Development Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be a part of a team of bright individuals working with cutting-edge technologies to bring positive changes in an increasingly virtual world. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and enriching a team of more than 8 technical resources to adapt existing methods and procedures to create solutions for complex requirements. - Using judgment to determine solutions for complex problems and managing multiple small to large scale projects on ServiceNow. - Performing software configuration and customization, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations. - Obtaining and analyzing business requirements, documenting technical solutions, developing, designing, and rolling out new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests. - Researching new functionality, recommending solutions that deliver customer value, and providing escalated support on technical issues to team members. - Designing and delivering complex technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform, showcasing leadership skills in technical initiatives, generating detailed documentation, and effectively communicating solutions. Additionally, you should possess the following qualifications: - Experience in implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology and familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. - ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, and CAD are a must, while an ITIL certification is a plus. - Understanding of RDBMS, Infrastructure components, Cloud Management (Azure, AWS), and experience in reviewing architecture and design deliverables. - Architecting, designing, and developing solutions for products or projects, ensuring knowledge up-gradation with new technologies, gathering specifications, delivering solutions based on domain or technology understanding, recommending client value creation initiatives, and implementing industry best practices. - Providing training and development to the team to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said tech.
