🎯 Role Description The selected candidate will operate in a remote capacity but will be officially associated with the firm and entrusted with independent responsibility for drafting and legal advisory within the entertainment and IP vertical. 📄 Key Responsibilities: • Drafting and vetting of a wide range of contracts including production agreements, artist/talent contracts, licensing and distribution agreements, NDAs, and consultancy arrangements • Providing legal advisory on matters relating to copyright, trademark, and intellectual property enforcement • Assisting with IP portfolio management, filings, and infringement matters • Supporting commercial negotiations and rendering contract-based legal opinions • Coordinating with clients and creative teams for timely delivery of contractual documentation 📌 Eligibility Criteria: • LL.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized university • 2–5 years of demonstrable experience in entertainment law, IP law, and contract drafting • Strong command over copyright and trademark regimes and relevant commercial practices • Excellent drafting and communication skills • Prior experience with production houses, OTT platforms, or creative agencies will be considered an added advantage
