We are looking for an Associate Lawyer who brings clarity, confidence, and strong legal skills to the table. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys courtroom work, sharp drafting, and managing cases with a steady hand. You will work closely with our team on active litigation, arbitration matters, and client advisory assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review legal documents, petitions, agreements, notices, and submissions with accuracy and clear reasoning.
Carry out legal research on case law, statutory provisions, and procedural rules, and prepare concise legal notes and opinions.
Support litigation and arbitration matters by preparing briefs, case files, and hearing sets.
Appear in court, assist with arguments and procedural steps, and coordinate with senior counsel on case strategy.
Handle case management tasks, including maintaining files, tracking dates, preparing schedules, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients for information, updates, and documentation required for ongoing matters.
