Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Research & Development:

Contribute to ongoing research efforts for the IT, BPM & GCC focus areas.
Assist in analysing regulations, policies, and trends relevant to the sector.

2. Operations & Event Management:

Support end-to-end program management of events, discussions, workshops, and roadshows.
Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure the smooth execution of focus area strategies.

3. Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with representatives from government departments and industry associations.
Build relationships with key stakeholders in the IT, BPM & GCC ecosystem.

4. Relationship Building:

Engage with technology research organisations and academic institutions to explore collaboration opportunities.
Contribute to building and maintaining a segment database to track progress and growth.

5. Policy Outreach:

Assist in supporting policy outreach initiatives to make the industry aware of state policies and their benefits.
Preferred candidate profile

Passion for the IT, BPM & GCC ecosystem.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in research, presentation creation, and concept note writing.
Understanding of policy and regulations in the IT, BPM & GCC ecosystem.
Exposure to marketing and community partnerships would be beneficial.
