Manager IT/GCC

Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects related to promoting and attracting investments in the IT, ITES, BPM, and GCC focus areas.

Assist the leader Evangelize & position Bengaluru & Beyond cities (Mysuru, Hubli-Dharwad, Mangalore, Kalaburagi, and Belagavi) as emerging destinations for key IT/ITES/GCC/BPM.

Organize events across clusters in consultation with the leadership team to promote the setting up of IT/ITES/GCC/BPM companies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Manage relationships with government departments, industry associations, and key stakeholders in the IT, BPM & GCC ecosystem.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders, internal teams and Government Departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.

3.

Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively to support project goals and objectives.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to optimise resource utilisation.

4.

IT Policy Analyst - Karnataka & Beyond

Conduct in-depth analysis of IT policies in Karnataka and neighbouring regions.

Stay updated on regulatory changes and their implications for the IT industry.

Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on policy analysis.

5.

Pipeline Management Coordinator

Monitor and track the progress of companies in the pipeline.

Regularly update pipeline data and ensure accuracy.

Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate the smooth progression of projects.

6.

Reporting and Presentation Specialist

Prepare comprehensive progress reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders and management.

Present findings and insights effectively to diverse audiences.

Ensure timely delivery of reports and presentations.

7.

Stakeholder Communication Facilitator

Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.

Serve as a liaison to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.

Address any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders in a timely manner.

8.

CRM Activities

Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate information on potential IT/ITES/GCC/ BPM clients and business meetings.

9.

Investor and Company Relations Manager

Provide personalised support and guidance to potential investors and companies navigating the soft-landing process in the Karnataka landscape.

Act as a trusted advisor, addressing queries and concerns and facilitating connections with relevant resources.

Help streamline the soft-landing process to enhance the experience for investors and companies.

10.

Database Curator

Curate and manage a comprehensive database of IT/ITES/GCC companies in the Karnataka landscape and India.

Ensure the database is regularly updated with accurate information.

Utilize the database to support various initiatives and decision-making processes.
