Associate - IP

Role Overview: You will be responsible for aiding in the organization and maintenance of records related to content assets, agreements, and associated documentation. Additionally, you will analyze performance data for IP assets, create reports on trends and revenue potential, and identify syndication opportunities. Your role will involve supporting IP acquisitions, participating in negotiations, and fostering relationships with catalog owners and partners. Collaboration with the legal team to ensure compliance, assistance in audits, and due diligence will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to contribute creative ideas for maximizing revenue from IP assets and brainstorm innovative strategies. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Media Studies, Business Management, or any related field with a strong interest in entertainment content. - Basic understanding of intellectual property concepts and entertainment industry trends. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with analytics tools is a plus. - Strong organizational and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
