Associate - Invoice Processor and Auditor

As an Invoice Processor and Auditor at Coalition Greenwich in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in managing our invoicing needs with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities will revolve around the accurate processing of invoices, ensuring timely financial transactions, and upholding established policies and procedures. Your key duties will include verifying the completeness and accuracy of invoices from external entities and vendors by cross-referencing details with internal systems. You will also be responsible for calculating and processing incentives and bonuses in a timely manner. Efficient data entry to organize and process invoices, along with assigning relevant codes for easy retrieval of information, will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in routing invoices for review and approval within specified timelines. Your contribution to developing a robust audit plan and ensuring compliance with standards and policies will be essential. You will also review internal controls, conduct audits, and follow up on identified issues to ensure recommendations are implemented effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage with various internal stakeholders independently. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with a collaborative team player mindset.
