Associate, International Payroll Product

As a member of the HR Product Organization at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a key role in transitioning the Human Resources function to a product-promoten approach. This transformation aims to enhance personalized experiences for employees and managers by organizing and prioritizing work around customer needs. Your contribution will be pivotal in setting outcomes, goals, and success measures for all products using agile principles and advanced data tools.
