Associate, International Payroll Product

Role Overview: The Human Resources function at JPMorgan Chase is transitioning to a product-promoten approach to enhance personalized experiences for employees and managers. This shift aims to improve quality output by organizing and prioritizing work around customer needs. The HR Product Organization, part of Corporate HR, is pivotal in promoting this transformation by setting outcomes, goals, and success measures for all products using agile principles and advanced data tools. Key Responsibilities: - Collect business requirements and translate them into Product backlog - Collect and prioritize the product backlog; partner with different teams to conduct impact analysis for future investments and current items, driving towards success - Ensure the product experience, including operations, technology, and data, meets expectations and identifies areas of opportunity by key persona Qualifications Required: - Experience and ability to maintain a product backlog, and write user stories and epics - Ability to write test scenarios, test cases, and partner with business users to execute/conclude testing - Ability to identify solutions to business problems utilizing data, process, and digital assets - Proven track record of delivery; ability to drive concepts to execution - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills - Proven ability to multitask and navigate multiple tasks running in parallel - Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to represent the product to stakeholders - Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work ethic - Customer obsessed - develops deep empathy and understanding in service of creating a frictionless end-to-end experience,
