Associate Infrastructure Support Engineer

As an Associate Infrastructure Support Engineer at Concord Technologies, you will be part of a dynamic team in Jaipur, India, supporting the fax-delivery suite of products used by healthcare organizations, financial providers, and other document-intensive industries. Your role will involve investigating and resolving application, software, and hardware incidents, ensuring proper service execution, and monitoring operational processes for effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate and resolve application, software, and hardware incidents, escalating when necessary - Conduct continuous incident trend analysis and feed into problem management process for root cause analysis - Ensure proper execution of processes and services, addressing any barriers to service operation - Monitor operational processes continuously and implement new steps or processes when needed Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1+ years of experience in providing 1st and 2nd line monitoring and incident remediation support - Experience in running large scale customer facing web services - Strong troubleshooting skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of Windows Server operation and troubleshooting - Experience in escalation of issues - Desire to deliver high-quality customer-focused service - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Experience working in a collaborative environment with a focus on teamwork - Familiarity with ITIL best practice policy and processes - Knowledge of Incident and Problem management processes - Positive attitude and flexibility in providing out-of-hours support - Bachelor's Degree in STEM or a related field Join us at Concord Technologies to be a part of our growing team and contribute to the next phase of growth as we continue to meet market demand and anticipate our customers" needs.,
