Job Description

As an HR Services Specialist, you will be responsible for executing various operational tasks related to HR Services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the Employee Life Cycle from Hire to Retire using SuccessFactors - Handling HR Administration tasks - Conducting Employee Background Checks - Addressing general queries, maintaining documentation, and other related tasks - Ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data in HR systems - Executing HR Operations processes according to agreed SLAs with a focus on high-quality deliverables - Demonstrating proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, AskHRS, and ServiceNow - Overseeing the BGV process and collaborating with BGV vendors - Working with the HR Service Team to enhance process efficiency through idea sharing and SOP creation - Demonstrating advanced knowledge of MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field - 2-3 years of experience in HR Shared Services - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite including Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in managing employee BGV processes and interacting with BGV vendors - Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules such as EC, ONB, RCM & Reporting and SAP - Proficiency in ticketing tools like AskHRS & ServiceNow - Knowledge or experience with MS Excel,
