The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities

  • Role Overview The L&D Specialist will support the design, coordination, and execution of learning programs for EY professionals. This role is contractual and will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Key Program Coordination Manage end-to-end logistics for learning programs (venue booking, virtual setup, material preparation). Liaise with external facilitators and vendors for smooth delivery. Content & Curriculum Support Assist in developing and updating learning content in line with EY s global standards. Ensure compliance with EY learning policies and guidelines. Stakeholder Management Work with Service Line HR, Learning SPOCs, and business leaders to capture skill needs. Provide timely updates and reports on program status and feedback. Operational Excellence Track budgets, process invoices, and ensure adherence to financial and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records in EY systems . Required Skills & Experience 0-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR operations. Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and MS Office tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in vendor management and event coordination. Exposure to global L&D practices and compliance processes.
