Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Associate for F&B Service & Housekeeping at Heritage Village Resort & Spa Manesar. The Associates will handle daily operational tasks, provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist with administrative duties. Responsibilities will also include coordinating with various departments to maintain high service standards and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and administrative abilities
• Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is advantageous
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
