Job Description You will be the primary point of contact for Business-to-Business customers, engaging with them through Calls, Email & Chat. Your responsibilities will include providing timely, accurate, and professional support while adhering to service-level agreements (SLAs). It will be crucial for you to take full ownership of each interaction, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and delivering excellent customer service. Handling sensitive issues with a positive and empathetic approach is essential to maintain a positive brand image. You will also be responsible for maintaining precise customer records and call documentation in our systems. Meeting performance metrics such as quality, productivity, attendance, and first-contact resolution will be key indicators of success in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to suggest process improvements and highlight recurring customer issues through appropriate channels. Qualifications - Good verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong customer service mindset with effective communication abilities. - Ability to empathize with customers, manage time efficiently, and work independently. - High school diploma or equivalent and above. - 02 years of experience (freshers welcome!). Additional Information The company is based in Navi Mumbai, Airoli. The working hours are 8 hours with a 1-hour break. Employees can avail cab facilities within 25 Kms of the office location.
