Job Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:Ø Create competitive, breakthrough strategies and plansØ Finds and selects the right talent for the organization and trains themØ Builds and maintains relationships with all other department heads

Specific Responsibilities

Ø Responsible for achieving the overall top line of the resortØ Have in-depth knowledge of our product and competitorsØ Develop and maintain an effective sales strategy that meets/exceeds the budgeted revenue targetsØ Ensures market share and revenue goals are achieved by initiating sales & marketing strategiesØ Responsible in maximizing productivity by assisting the sales teams to ensure that the business on booksis aligned with the resort’s yield management strategiesØ Develops and implements annual sales goals for a sales team that are aligned with the Resort’s overallrevenue goalsØ Accompany Sales Managers for sales calls for business closuresØ Maintain and an excellent business relationship with the top management of TA’s and CorporatesØ Responsible in creating an internal and external promotion calendarØ Oversee and ensure rate parity between Resort website and OTA's (Online travel agents), GDS, etc.Ø Create and maintain a career mapping list of high performing salespeople and executes a recruitment andtalent acquisition plan with Human ResourcesØ Responsible for developing, directing, controlling and leading the Sales strategic initiatives and teams toachieve the target sales volume, while maintaining expense budget and achieving the organization’sobjectivesØ To oversee and manage sales staff and reservation to ensure maximum revenue, promotional coverageand marketing opportunities are achievedØ Work closely with revenue management and marketing functions - develop strategies to meet thebudgeted top line, maximize REVPAR and grow market shareØ Provide market intelligence – competitor rate strategies etc.JOB SPECIFICATIONKnowledge & Skills Disposition /PersonalityExtremely organized with strong administrative and Proven leadership skills and an energetic ability to
