Our practice areas consist of general corporate , real estate, mergers & acquisitions, media & entertainment and commercial contracts. Our clients include prominent corporations from diverse industries. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid (combination of remote and on-site work) role for a lawyer for the position of Associate at Goldmount Advisors. The candidate will need to have 1-2 years post qualification experience and will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, and assisting with client meetings and negotiations. The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Qualifications Strong knowledge of corporate law, real estate and relevant practice areas Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents Excellent research and analytical skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment LLB degree with 1-2 years PQE Bar admission in India Relevant skills and qualifications in media & entertainment, commercial contracts, and real estate are considered beneficial.
