Associate, FW Control Management Program Manager & Governance (Operational Risk and Controls)

As an Associate in the Control Management Group, you will play a key role as a Program Manager & Governance specialist focusing on operational risk and controls management. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing Firmwide Program teams to implement requirements across Control Management supported Programs - Leading global initiatives across Control Management Programs by collaborating with stakeholders across diverse teams and Line of Business - Overseeing governance and management of key deliverables and operations through Roadmaps, scorecards, etc. to ensure adherence to agreed timelines and SLAs - Driving change management with respect to Program requirements and influencing stakeholders - Collaborating with stakeholders across the firm to identify and implement best practices - Leading deliverables for Firmwide Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) through Quantitative & Qualitative assessment of Risks & Controls in partnership with senior Lines of Business Control Officers Qualifications Required: - Masters degree - Minimum of 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Program Management - Ability to handle multiple programs/projects simultaneously - Effective communication skills with both Technical and Business Partners - Experience working with stakeholders across geographies and functions - Proficiency in AGILE and JIRA - High acumen in Microsoft products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Project - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly and think innovatively - Excellent verbal/written and inter-personal skills with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and confidence Preferred qualifications include: - Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau - Experience in Operational Risk & Controls Management in the Banking industry Additional Details: - Shifts: Early EMEA Shift - Location: Mumbai,
