Associate FTH- Incident Response

You will be working as an Associate FTH in the Incident Response department at UnitedLex India Private Limited, located in Gurgaon. Your main responsibilities will include: - Reviewing documents as per the project protocol - Serving as a subject matter expert on Data Breach Analysis (DBA) for US, UK, and other jurisdiction clients - Identifying and capturing personal information within electronically stored documents such as PII and PHI - Ensuring quality standards are met - Working on client systems through remote access - Maintaining confidentiality of all organization and client information To qualify for this role, you should have: - Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods & procedures - Basic proficiency in MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Willingness to work on weekends and stretch beyond regular hours to meet client deadlines - Any Graduate/Postgraduate degree In terms of working conditions, you should be prepared to: - Work in rotational shifts/Night Shift - Stretch beyond regular hours as required - Be available for short and long business travel - Adhere to company policies and ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 guidelines The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge and skills: - Ability to build strong working relationships and prioritize between multiple projects - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Positive attitude and good decision-making abilities - Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct root cause analysis - Experience in Data Breach Response or Incident Response is preferred - Knowledge of breach notification and privacy laws is desirable For more information about the company and its policies, please visit the UnitedLex website at [https://www.unitedlex.com/](https://www.unitedlex.com/).,
