Associate FTH- Incident Response

You will be working as an Associate FTH in the Incident Response department at UnitedLex India Private Limited. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Reviewing documents as per the project protocol - Serving as a subject matter expert on Data Breach Analysis (DBA) for clients in the US, UK, and other jurisdictions - Identifying and capturing personal information within electronically stored documents such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Personal Health Information (PHI) - Ensuring quality standards are met - Working on client systems through remote access - Maintaining confidentiality of all organization and client information To qualify for this position, you should have: - Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods & procedures - Basic proficiency in MS Office tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Willingness to work on weekends and stretch beyond regular hours to meet client deadlines - Any Graduate/Postgraduate degree You should be prepared to work in rotational shifts or night shifts, stretch beyond regular hours, and travel for business as required. Compliance with all company policies and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 guidelines is mandatory.
