Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate - Facilities Management located in Kozhikode. The role will involve tasks such as building management, facility management, budgeting, building maintenance, and energy management to ensure the smooth operations of facilities at Porter. Key Responsibilities To call prospect leads for achieving organizational targets and meet daily connected calls target Proactively do calling activity & record responses correctly on various sheets to make qualitative insights. Candidates should have persuading and convincing skills for converting leads. Collate market insights from customers and Partners Work with team to achieve the organizational goals Ensure smooth flow with the team and gather real-time feedback regarding the business impacts. Skills: Ability to understand the market situation Experience is admin and facilities management roles. Good team player Decent Communication & Interpersonal Skills High ownership and responsiveness at all times Basic excel skills Fluency in Kannada is mandatory Show more Show less
