As an experienced GL/R2R Accountant at EXO Edge, you will be applying generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to analyze financial information, reconcile financial statements, prepare journal entries, assist in budget development, and generate accounting and financial reports for management. Key Responsibilities: - Compile and analyze financial information for various financial statements and accounting reports - Make appropriate journal entries, review calculations, and balance figures in the general ledger - Maintain accounting control procedures by analyzing revenue and expenditure trends - Recommend budget levels to ensure expenditure control - Analyze accounting and financial resources for property acquisitions, dispositions, and budgets - Perform specialized tasks specific to construction and development focus areas - Review fixed assets, depreciation, and place assets in service - Act as a liaison to internal and external auditors, provide research data, and explain financial transactions - Communicate with property managers to complete accounting processes and support timely reporting - Complete financial, accounting, administrative reports, and other assigned duties Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience as a Staff/GL Accountant for a global organization - Qualified Chartered Accountant or a specialized accounting degree Shift Timings: - 9 hours shift in US EST hours starting between 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm,
