Job Description

Position: Associate Engineer

Qualification:-

BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Electronics) Fresher or 0-2 yrs.

Job Role:

Candidate will initially work as a Machine Operator for the first six months.
Based on performance, the candidate will be promoted to one of the following roles:
Production Supervisor
WIP (Work In Progress) Inspector
Maintenance Engineer

Employment Type:

Candidate will be on Staff Role from the beginning.

Work Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machines.
Ensure smooth machine operation and maintain production quality.
Support production and maintenance teams as required.

Shift Details:

Male candidates: Will work in three shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night).

Other Details:

Canteen facility: Free
Accommodation: Candidate should be willing to stay near the company.
Age Limit: Up to 27 years
