Associate Engineer Mechanical Creo

As an Associate Engineer Mechanical in MCAD CoE, your primary responsibility will be to work in a Global Environment and provide Design Engineering support for New Product Development, VAVE, and Improvement projects. You will be working on various projects/assignments related to Concept design, NPD, Bills of Materials, CAD Modelling (using Creo Tool), and Change Orders to ensure the desired quality levels set by the organization are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and developing parts/assemblies, creating design packages including 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and BOM structures. It is essential for you to work independently with minimal guidance and adhere to the project management processes established by the organization. Your role as part of the Global Engineering Function will require you to maintain quality and schedule adherence as defined by the organization and report according to the communication plan. Key Responsibilities: - Work on Design Engineering support activities for New Product Development, VAVE, and Improvement projects - Handle projects/assignments related to Concept design, NPD, Bills of Materials, CAD Modelling using Creo Tool, and Change Orders - Design and develop parts/assemblies, provide design packages including 3D models, assemblies, drawings, and BOM structures - Independently work with minimal guidance and adhere to project management processes - Maintain quality and schedule adherence as defined by the organization Qualifications Required: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering - 1-3 years of experience on Creo platform in Sheet metal domain - Proficiency in 3D modelling and detailing work on Creo, including generating Bills of Materials - Experience with PLM tools such as Agile or PD cloud (added advantage) - Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication process (added advantage) - Experience in telecom/electrical enclosure design (added advantage) - Good Interpersonal skills & effective communication in English (written and spoken) - Self-motivated, disciplined, passionate, willing to learn, and organized - Experience in handling large CAD assemblies in CREO and managing modifications as required - Working experience on External Simplified representation (added advantage),
