The Associate Engineer- Mechanical will be responsible for providing Design Engineering support for New Product Development, VAVE, and Improvement projects in a Global Environment. You will be working on CAD Modeling, detailing, creating General Assembly drawings using Creo tool, and working on 3D models, assemblies, GA drawings, and BOM structures. In addition to being an expert in 3D modeling and detailing, the Team Lead must have the ability to guide and mentor the team in handling complex CAD models and the Change Order (CO) process. Proven ability to manage and guide the team in handling large CAD assemblies in Creo, including overseeing modifications and ensuring that they meet project requirements. Extensive experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools is essential. Experience with Agile or PD Cloud will be considered a strong advantage in managing team workflows. Strong understanding and hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication & Molding processes are critical. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
