Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing bank deposits, posting cash receipts in the accounting system, performing bank reconciliations, and handling monthly suspense reconciliations. The role also involves accounting for differences, conducting monthly checks.

Main Duties:

• 
  Bank Deposits and Cash Receipts Posting:
  • Check and verify bank deposits.
  • Post cash receipts accurately in the accounting system.
  • Month end Suspense Postings.
• Reconciliations:
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations.
  • Conduct monthly suspense reconciliations and account for any differences.
• Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:
  • Conduct monthly checks to ensure all financial operations are in line with regulatory standards.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present financial reports as required.
  • Analyse discrepancies and provide solutions for resolution.

Skills, Experience and Personal Characteristics

• 
  Education:
• • MBA Finance.

• 
  Experience:
• • 2-3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Knowledge on High Radius Application would be added benefit.

• 
  Skills:
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of the UK legal industry is a plus.
