Associate Director-US GAAP - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities: - Must have an excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP with working knowledge of differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS. - Work closely with the Partner to build client relationships. - Apply relevant accounting standards, independently execute Ind AS engagements, and research complex technical accounting issues. - Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate at all levels within an organization and at Assurance Committee Meetings. - Demonstrate strong leadership skills to engage with senior management, facilitate various meetings, and spread positive work culture and teaming. - Exhibit proven supervision and coaching skills, ability to delegate, technical skills, and motivate engagement teams while managing multiple engagements. - Work effectively under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions. - Assist in identifying potential companies for pitching/ideation and prepare pitches for obtaining new mandates. Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and working knowledge of differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Leadership skills to engage with senior management and drive meetings effectively. - Supervision and coaching skills to motivate engagement teams and manage multiple engagements. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently. - Experience in preparing pitches for obtaining new mandates.,
