You will be a part of BDO India Services Private Limited, the India member firm of BDO International, offering strategic, operational, accounting, tax & regulatory advisory and assistance for domestic and international organisations across various industries. Led by more than 300 Partners & Directors and a team of over 8500 professionals operating in 12 cities, you will contribute to a client-centric and knowledge-driven work culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Indian GAAP with an understanding of differences from Indian GAAP to Ind AS. - Collaborate with the Partner to establish and nurture client relationships. - Apply relevant accounting standards and independently manage Ind AS engagements while researching complex technical accounting issues. - Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels and Assurance Committee Meetings. - Display strong leadership skills to interact with senior management and drive various meetings. - Promote a positive work culture, teamwork, and uphold BDO values. - Showcase supervision and coaching skills, ability to delegate, technical proficiency, motivate engagement teams, and manage multiple engagements effectively. - Work efficiently under tight deadlines and demanding client conditions. - Support in identifying potential companies for pitching/ideation and contribute to preparing pitches for acquiring new mandates.
