Job Description

As a Strategic Talent Consultant- Associate Director at EY, you will play a crucial role as a trusted partner and advisor to the GDS Service Line/Functions, working closely with the leadership team to support growth objectives and meet future talent needs. You will build a deep understanding of both the business direction and HR/Talent priorities to ensure successful implementation of key high-touch people processes and initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with other Center of Excellence within talent function to ensure seamless execution of talent initiatives across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Engaging with Talent and Service Line Leadership to align business priorities with talent priorities - Translating the business strategy into practical and innovative talent solutions at the business unit level - Advising the business on developing a culture that promotes high performance teaming and exceptional client service delivery - Coaching Senior Management to drive change and support project implementation at EY Global/GDS level - Guiding business leaders in effective change management strategies and deployment - Acting as a coach to leadership in delivering the people strategy agenda - Championing GDS D&I agenda and embedding it within the strategy - Influencing the Talent COEs in developing best-in-class models and programs - Facilitating change and successful adoption of talent initiatives within the business unit - Contributing to workforce planning activities and managing talent pipeline development - Supporting the development and retention of top performers for future leadership roles - Being the Talent Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the location To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong business acumen and commercial awareness - Client-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships at all levels - Experience in complex disciplinary, grievance, and performance management activities - Ability to motivate team members and create a positive working environment Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate or post-graduate qualification in Business or Human Resource discipline - 15+ years of proven HR generalist experience - Experience in managing and mentoring teams Additionally, having a professional accreditation or HR specialization certification, experience in consulting or similar professional services environment, and working in a cross-border, virtual environment would be beneficial.
