Associate Director, Supply Chain Systems

Role Overview: As part of the global IT organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the retail supply chain capabilities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team focused on support, enhancements, and new initiatives across various supply chain domains such as inventory management, warehouse management, order management, order fulfillment logic & available-to-promise (ATP), and transportation management systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and scale the India-based Supply Chain Systems team within the GCC. - Align technology strategy with global supply chain and IT objectives. - Drive modernization of legacy systems and adoption of scalable, cloud-native platforms. - Oversee systems supporting inventory management, warehouse management, order management, order fulfillment & ATP logic, and transportation management. - Ensure seamless integration and performance across legacy, modern, and COTS platforms. - Manage end-to-end delivery of support, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. - Establish and monitor KPIs for system performance, support SLAs, and project execution. - Promote automation in testing, deployment, and operations to improve quality and efficiency. - Lead transformation initiatives to modernize supply chain systems and infrastructure. - Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance supply chain agility and resilience. - Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and automated QA practices. - Collaborate with global business and IT leaders to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions. - Attract, develop, and retain top talent in supply chain systems and IT delivery. - Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience: - 12+ years of experience in IT with a focus on retail supply chain systems. - Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a GCC or similar setup. - Expertise across legacy systems, modern architectures, and COTS platforms such as SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle. - Strong background in system modernization, automation, and quality assurance. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Additional Company Details: Experience in global retail environments, exposure to cloud-based supply chain platforms, and digital transformation programs are preferred attributes. Ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with a global footprint is valued.,
