Associate Director - Sales and Account Management

You will be responsible for the following: - Delivering Supply Chain Consulting and Digital Services to Indian Clients with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Leadership position - Building and maintaining a strong network of client contacts in the Indian context, particularly in Manufacturing, Automotive, Logistics, CPG, and Pharma industry verticals - Demonstrating strong communication skills including written, oral, presentation, and documentation - Being outcomes driven, execution focused, and empathetic to employees while ensuring Business Goals are met - Scaling large accounts through visible Thought Leadership Desirable qualifications include: - Proven track record of managing client senior leadership at CXO level across multiple functional areas - Ability to collaborate across multiple solution spaces to develop tailored solutions for specific client contexts - Identifying relevant Subject Matter Expertise (SME) talent within the organization and recommending them for positions in the Customer organization to drive excellence About Bristlecone: Bristlecone is the leading provider of AI-powered application transformation services for the connected supply chain.
