Role Overview: As a Manager in the Listed Options Purchase & Sales department at UBS Financial Services Inc., your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of Listed Option P&S. You will be expected to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements while effectively leading a team of professionals to ensure high performance and professional development. Your role will also involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate trade matching and settlement, as well as maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the workflow. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Listed Option P&S - Facilitate trade matching and clearing with the OCC for listed option securities - Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of professionals - Act as the first point of contact for local and onshore escalations - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for timely trade matching and settlement - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the workflow - Monitor market trends and developments to anticipate and respond to changes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Clearance or related function - Strong knowledge of financial markets and trade lifecycles - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Familiarity with data visualization tools and data manipulation for analysis - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills About the Company: UBS Financial Services Inc. is a leading firm in the financial services industry, dedicated to providing exceptional wealth management service and innovative solutions to clients globally.
