Your role: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Purchase & Sales (P&S) - Facilitate trade matching with various industry clearinghouses and contra parties across Equity, UIT and Fixed Income products - Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements - Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support for high performance and professional development - Act as the first point of contact for local and onshore escalations - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for timely trade matching and settlement - Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the workflow - Monitor market trends and developments to anticipate and respond to changes Your team: UBS Financial Services Inc. is a leading firm in the financial services industry, dedicated to providing exceptional wealth management service and innovative solutions to clients.
