We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to fill the role of Associate Director - Sales. As a key member of our Sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies, building strategic partnerships with brand advertisers, and driving revenue growth. Associate Director, Sales will play a critical role in achieving sales targets and contributing to our long-term success.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead agency sales for the West region, delivering against quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Drive new business acquisition while expanding share of wallet with existing strategic agency partners
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Identify growth opportunities across performance, branding, and innovative mobile advertising solutions
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with media agency leadership, planners, and decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to agencies by providing insights, solutions, and market intelligence.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales managers and executives, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Set clear goals, conduct regular reviews, and support professional development and succession planning within the team.
  • Represent the West region in leadership forums, contributing to national sales strategy and planning.
  • Track competitive landscape, industry trends, and agency movements to proactively shape sales strategy

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in AdTech, Digital Media, Mobile Advertising, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of agency sales leadership with strong networks demonstrated in the West region.
  • Experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising solutions including performance, branding, and programmatic models.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
