Job Description

Role is in Hyderabad for one of TOP Listed SaaS IT Product Company.

Looking for someone who is based in Hyderabad and has experience as Investor Relation in a Listed Company.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth analysis of investor profiles, coverage opportunities, and market sentiment.
Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports, earnings presentations, and leadership briefing documents.
Coordinate investor meetings, analyst interactions, and participation in financial conferences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Strategy, and Communications teams for consistent financial messaging.
Monitor peer performance, industry trends, and capital market developments to advise senior management.
Manage internal reporting and performance tracking related to investor engagement.

Key Skills & Attributes

Strong analytical mindset with expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with attention to detail and an outward-facing approach.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
CA and/or CFA/MBA qualification preferred.
8-12 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Equity Research.
Prior experience in an established Investor Relations role is preferred.
